Sample Policy

Thank you for your interest in our food products.

We always ship via DHL, Fedex, or UPS in order to guarantee arrival within a few days. This insures that you get freshness and delivery.

The samples are FREE. For shipping we require one of the following:

1.) Your freight forwarder (in the USA) information (contact name, address, phone and fax numbers). We will then ship the samples to your freight forwarder for them to arrange further shipment of the package with you

OR

2.) your DHL or UPS account number/name. We will then advise as to when the sample box is ready for pick up. You will then need to call your local DHL or UPS office to advise them to pick up from our office at: 10801 Johnston Road Suite 204D, Charlotte, N.C. 28226 USA. The total amount of the shipping will be deducted from your first order with us (using DHL or UPS only)

OR

3.)your FEDEX account number and name. We will complete the Fedex International Waybill and Commercial Sample Invoice for you and ship directly from our local Fedex station.

For larger sample requests (pallet loads) we can make special arrangements. The cost of shipping is charged to your account but will be deducted from your first order.
