Charter Ceremony Rescheduled |
The Aktion Club of South Mecklenburg has rescheduled its Aktion Club Charter Night Ceremony from Friday, Oct. 15 to Friday, Oct. 22nd due to a facility conflict.
Here are the details:
Location: Central United Methodist Church, 6030 Albemarle Rd., Charlotte, N.C. Fellowship area, enter from back of church nearest parking lot.
Time: 6:55pm - 8:30pm.
Dress: Nice casual.
What to bring: A dish warm or cold since this is a potluck dinner.
The evening will include food, fun, fellowship among new Aktion Clubbers, Kiwanians, family and friends. Jack Hatfield, Carolinas District Administrator of Aktion Clubs will preside. Kiwanians from the sponsoring clubs of Mint Hill, Matthews, and Pineville-South Meck are encouraged to ALL attend (with a covered dish). Aktion Clubbers - bring a parent, friend or guardian (and bring a covered dish). Aktion Club Officers will be inducted. This will be a time to remember. This is the FIRST Aktion Club in our area!
