As the result of the merger of the Warner Candy Company and Blueberry Hills Foods Company of El Paso, Texas, the "Grab Pak" brand name will be phased out for most products during early 2008. The product line brand name and packaging will change to "Snak Stop" which currently enjoys wide distribution in the USA.

. Improved package graphics
. Additional products and sizes available
. Package contents will be identified by country of origin. The bulk of the products are USA made.
. Product will now ship from El Paso, Texas instead of Chicago.
. New product and UPC numbers will be required.
. New display rack headers will be available.
. The toy line will be continued under the Grab Pak name.
. Prices remain unchanged at this time.
. Free independent auditing services available on all full container loads before shipment.

Our overall belief is that the changes are positive. We urge our customer to make preparations for the transition by ordering accordingly and by asking any questions early on in the process.

BNR Global and the Warner Candy Company have joined forces to market Warner's extensive line of peg bag candies internationally.

Warner Candy has been packing fine confections since 1927. It offers over 125 varieties of peg bag, bulk, Latin specialty and holiday specialty items. Such popular sellers as gummies, tootsie rolls, bubble gum, salted nuts and candy/toy combinations are included in its offerings. Packaging ranges from 3-ounce peg bags to 5 lb. bulk bags. An assortment of FREE standing displays is available to merchandise the product.

We Consolidate

BNR Global can offer consolidation services in Charleston, South Carolina, Jacksonville, Florida and Miami, Florida. Here are some interesting facts:

1.) Charleston, S.C. is only 3.5 hours by truck from Charlotte. It is one of the USA's largest ports. It has connections to most all ports in the Caribbean and Latin America on a regular basis.

2.) If a container is filled with BNR's products, it is completely filled to maximize space and reduce cost. Extra care is given to insure that heavy product is NOT loaded atop light product.

3.) Floor loading and pallet loading is available at all ports.

4.) Often timing is critical. BNR will make sure that all lines arrive at the ports warehouse within a short time frame in order to minimize food-dating issues.

BNR carries 10 food product lines from North Carolina. They include Alamance, Best Sweet, Duchess, Family Sweets, Best Health, Lance, Warner and Royal. All of these lines can be viewed on the BNR website. All can be consolidated with one order.
