Classic Cream Questions and Answers
Do you make a 7 oz. heavy cream?
Yes. However, we do not make the 7 or 15 oz. heavy cream unless a customer asks for it. If someone wants 7 or 15 oz. of heavy cream, a 6 pallet minimum order is required.
What is the shelf life of Classic Cream products?
The expiration date, which is printed on the can, indicates a 5-month shelf life. The label states product will stay fresh four weeks AFTER the expiration date when properly refrigerated, giving you a total of 6 months.
Can the shelf life be extended?
Shelf life can and cannot be extended. FDA regulations state that we must date the product accordingly based on our manufacturing date. However, if the product was inverted (placed upside down) on the pallet and frozen, was then shipped overseas for 4 weeks still inverted and frozen, then once received, reverted back and allowed to thaw in specific temperatures, it would keep the 5 month shelf life.
Can you do private label?
Yes. We can certainly do private label, but buyers must order a minimum of 70000 labels annually and pay the plate/art charges unless they want us to add unto the cost of goods.
What countries can you not ship the Classic Cream?
South Korea, Puerto Rico.
Is there flavored whipped cream?
Yes. These are being tested and marketed currently at Wal-mart in the USA. Not available yet for export.
Is there any danger with explosion of the aerosol can?
We are looking into specific valves on the can to help reduce "explosion", but have not incurred any issues to date with our USA and Korean products.
What is the ideal temperature range to store and ship the creams?
Maintain 34 to 36 degrees Fahrenheit.
Can you ship LTL to USA ports?
Yes. Your consolidator must have the proper refrigeration and be able to transfer to your reefer containers. We can quote inland freight. One pallet minimum order. May take up to 4 weeks to deliver based upon where product is to be delivered on East Coast.
